Can someone please clarify if the Peristent World 4 server is up and running?

I've talked a bit with Zezima and some friends and we might make a gaming community, we will host servers, have guilds/clans in different types of games. Make YouTube videos and to reviews on games.
The reviews of games, and maybe movies? Will be posted here. We will try make detailed and serious reviews.
The commentary, and or help videos will be the same style, depending on what you want and what situation the game/setting is in. Common sense of humor and shizzle.
The Games on the list of the list of the list of games we might play/review/have a clan/guild in/host servers.
- Minecraft Server or Tekkit: Commentary, yes. Server hosting, possibly.
- Mount&Blade: Warband: Commentary/videos/"extremly bad trailers", yes. Server hosting, well duh.
